Phở — Vietnam’s Iconic Noodle Soup
Our pho is the star of the show. Slow-simmered beef bone broth, fresh rice noodles, and your choice of meats — from rare beef to the loaded special combo (Phở Đặc Biệt). We also serve chicken pho, meatball pho, and vegetarian pho. Every bowl comes with a plate of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and chili.
Bún — Vermicelli Bowls
Cool rice vermicelli noodles topped with grilled meats, crispy spring rolls, fresh vegetables, and our house-made nước chấm dipping sauce. Perfect for warm days or when you want something lighter than soup.
Cơm — Rice Plates
Steamed jasmine rice served with grilled pork chops, lemongrass chicken, shrimp, or tofu — plus a side of pickled vegetables and fish sauce. Simple, satisfying, and deeply flavorful.
Gỏi Cuốn & Chả Giò — Rolls
Our spring rolls and salad rolls are among the most popular items on our menu. Fresh rice paper wrapped around shrimp, pork, herbs, and vermicelli (gỏi cuốn), or crispy deep-fried rolls with a savory pork filling (chả giò). Both are must-orders.
